"Thank you for offering the trial this morning. Having spent most of my life excising from ultra marathons, Adventure Racing to Triathlons I must say I really enjoyed the change. A number of years military experience and active service 25 years ago with "instructors" whose ego totally out weighed knowledge or capability had me reticent to join any form of recreational fitness bootcamp which I have been considering for a number of years now. I'm glad I have finally done it. The Military reference is enough to provide discipline and fun, yet be encouraging, challenging and team focused - so well done on a good balanced approach. Businesses often offer a good product/service and fall down with poor customer communication and administration, and again so far I must say this has been great - clear, concise and accurate e-mails, maps, information, expectation management, times, and good social presence from the Instructors, so again thumbs up in all of that too. I'll definitely be signing up to April dawn program."

"I'm a shift worker and I've always found it tough sticking to a proper fitness regime. Self motivation's hard and group fitness class didn't change regularly enough to make sure you are challenging yourself. I kept fairly fit but never really any lost weight or felt as well as I do now. Original boot camp has just about done everything. This type of fitness never gets boring and you see results within 4 weeks, it's perfect for all round fitness and really boosts your energy levels."
