Sgt Shane Coad
Played many years of football at a high level, Shane knows the importance of hard work to achieve maximum results. Shane first started as a recruit with the North Adelaide platoon; he showed the way as a team player, leader and has amazing intensity at every session. He has successfully completed Original Bootcamp’s Hell Week; he then became a Certified Boot Camp instructor with the Original Bootcamp Network. Shane also has shown to be a high level instructor within the SpecOps programs with Original Bootcamp. He earns the respect from recruits for not only the way he trains hard, but the way he leads recruits to levels they think they could never reach!

"It has been a tough journey but did not give in, have learnt a lot about correct eating habits. Have dropped a size in pants and now a size 8 in a dress-Cant believe it!! Feel great and now...need to buy a whole NEW wardrobe-NOTHING fits!! Thanks OBC- I am very dedicated and will continue my Bootcamp journey-love it :)"
