The Original Bootcamp is fun and a great workout. Its great to have my exercise done before I go to work in the morning. The group of people who attend are loads of fun, all with the same goal in mind. We all encourage each other during the work outs. The sessions are challenging and you never know what the instructors will have you doing until you get there. This keeps it interesting and different for each session. The instructors take the time to make sure you are doing each exercise the correct way.  I have noticed definition of muscles I never knew I had in really short time. I would recommend The Original Bootcamp to anyone looking for a fun workout with a great group of people.
